1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Byna's services, including our mobile application and website (bynaleb.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Byna is a construction and home improvement marketplace operating in Lebanon, connecting buyers with local suppliers of building materials, electrical, lighting, sanitary, paints, tools, and home comfort products.

2. Eligibility

To use Byna, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Lebanese law. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products and Orders

4.1 Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary due to display settings.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Lebanese Pound (LBP) equivalents shown at checkout are based on the current market exchange rate and may vary. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

5. Payment

  • Cash on Delivery: Pay in USD or LBP (at the current rate) upon delivery.
  • Card Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processors.

Full payment is required before or at the time of delivery. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Areas

Byna delivers across Lebanon. Same-day delivery is available in Beirut. Next-day delivery covers Mount Lebanon, Jounieh, Byblos, Tripoli, Saida, Zahle, and surrounding areas. Extended timelines apply for other areas.

6.2 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, and weight. Fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7.2 Change of Mind

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping fees apply. Some products (custom orders, cut materials, opened paints) are not eligible for return.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
